Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Please note that a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.

Returns

All of our products are final sale. We offer exchanges for defective items and will process a refund or reship the product for missing items.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  3. Reach out to your bank – processing times may vary before your refund appears.
