Inside comes with the main device, 3 pairs of extension rods allowing a maximum stretch to approx. 7.25” .

The instructions on the back of the packaging provides decent instructions on how to use the device but is only pictures without any written directions and does not include any directions on how long to wear the device. After doing some research online, it’s said to wear these devices for a couple hours to start but up to 6-8hrs a day (not when sleeping).

Min length of approx. 2” to a max length of 7.25” (to the back of the adjustment screw nuts). You can possibly get an extra 0.25”, but the head strap wouldn’t be properly supported on the rods, so I’d leave it at 7.25” max.

Fairly comfortable when worn and it does provide a good stretch. From my research, you would need to wear for months to a year to see any results.

The device looks solid and is made of metal rods with threaded adjustment and plastic fixing parts. The construction is simple and easy to understand, and assembly is straightforward. Length and tension can be adjusted smoothly, allowing for precise setup.

When adjusted correctly, the clamps hold securely and the device stays in place. However, proper tension and positioning are important, too much pressure can cause discomfort. This is more about correct adjustment than a flaw in the product itself.

Overall, the extender does its job, but it requires careful and gradual use, especially at the beginning.
